Having An Unproductive Day?

My top 5 things I do that will guarantee I will have an unproductive day.

Procrastination is the worst form of self-sabotage and some days I really do procrastinate and I know why, because I am putting off jobs I don’t want to do. Other days I just have really unproductive days and become a busy fool! Mostly feeling frazzled, hungry and frustrated with no energy.
